Agreement

FindTrend (findtrend.net) is operated by Vladislav Shcherbakov. By using FindTrend you agree to these terms. FindTrend uses YouTube API Services, so by using FindTrend you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The service

FindTrend is a research tool that estimates which subjects on YouTube are gaining momentum. It is currently a private beta available to invited testers, and it may change or stop at any time.

Estimates are not guarantees

Scores, topic groupings, topic names and growth figures are FindTrend's own estimates. They are not YouTube data or metrics published by YouTube, and they can be wrong. FindTrend does not promise that any topic will grow or that any video will succeed. Decisions you make using FindTrend are your own.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your access details with anyone who was not invited.
• Do not copy the dashboard's data in bulk, resell it, or scrape the service.
• Do not try to break, overload or bypass the protection of the service.

Video titles, channel names and similar content belong to their respective owners. FindTrend is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

No warranty and limit of liability

FindTrend is provided free of charge during the beta, "as is" and without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.

Access

Access may be withdrawn at any time, for example if these terms are broken.
